Qasim started in our industry in 2000. His business acumen and staffing solutions industry experience made him an obvious choice to
manage a group of professionals dedicated to providing solutions to our clients’ contract and permanent staffing requirements. Prior to working in the staffing solutions industry, Qasim specialized in accounting and finance, working internationally in both staff and managerial capacities for such prestigious organizations as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Occidental Petroleum, Schlumberger and the United Nations. He also founded and led a management consulting firm specializing in operations management and quality assurance consulting. Qasim understands business, its needs, its pace and its challenges, and he uses this knowledge to serve the interests of TFDL’s clients and candidates. Qasim joined TFDL in 2004. His burning desire to improve and elevate the status, relevance and performance of the profession, his passion for the business and his singular commitment to the success of our clients (both current and prospective) is compelling and infectious. Faye Traiforos

Faye leads the permanent and contract recruiting teams at TFDL as well as building and servicing a Tier 1 group of Clients. She has
played a key role in building and enhancing TFDL’s recruiting processes and methodologies. Her key strength is listening to and understanding the client’s needs and requirements and quickly identifying strong solutions. Faye has been recognized by her Clients and Candidates as one of the top finance and accounting recruiters in the Greater Toronto Area. Prior to joining TFDL in 2004, Faye obtained an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and a Post Diploma in HR Management. She then spent several years at a large international finance recruiting firm developing and honing her industry leading skills. Faye is a valued business partner. She is an extension of her Client’s Talent Acquisition Teams and is a champion for her Candidates.
